How to take part in business meetings?

I. Register online

After accessing your member area, filling your technical form and choose your participation package. Your registration will then be submitted to the event's organizing committee for validation.

II. Requests meetings

When the catalog is online, one month before the event, you select and request the people you wish to have, with the option of detailing the reasons of your requests.

III. Validate the received proposals

Each participant has the possibility to send you for a meeting request: you can accept or decline their proposal!

IV. Receive your meetings schedule

One week before the event, you will receive your schedule, including the meetings validated by both parties at all times, as well as the conferences you wish to attend.

V. November 19, 2024
